How many Ghost Energy flavors are there?

As of October 27, 2026, Ghost's US site lists 22 Ghost Energy flavors in 16 fl oz cans, plus OG Colada and Strawberry Watermelon in 8.4 fl oz half cans. A Welch's Grape-Cran can comes only in the Fall Variety pack. The Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish cans were discontinued in 2025.

Key takeaways

  • As of October 27, 2026, Ghost's US site lists 22 Ghost Energy flavors in 16 fl oz cans and 2 more flavors in 8.4 fl oz half cans.
  • Ghost was founded in 2016 by Dan Lourenco and Ryan Hughes, launched Ghost Energy in 2020, and Keurig Dr Pepper agreed in October 2024 to buy a 60% stake.
  • A 16 fl oz Ghost Energy can has 200 mg of caffeine, 0 g of sugar and 10 calories, and the 8.4 fl oz half can has 100 mg.
  • As of October 27, 2026, Blue Raspberry is the most-owned named Ghost can in CanMog with 641 owners, and 17 Ghost keys have 300 or more owners, more than any other brand.
  • The Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish Ghost cans were discontinued in 2025 and still have 134 to 180 owners each in CanMog.

You open a gas station fridge and count six Ghost cans in colors you do not own yet. Ghost energy flavors change every few months, and the collabs come and go fast. So how many are there to collect, and which Ghost energy drink cans are already gone?

This checklist lists every current US can, the half cans, the discontinued collabs and how many CanMog players own each one.

Why Ghost energy flavors matter for a can collector

Ghost energy flavors are the most collected set in CanMog after Monster. I pulled the numbers from the CanMog database on October 27, 2026: 17 Ghost can keys have 300 or more owners. That is more than any other brand, Monster included (14).

Ghost is also a young brand, so the whole set is still within reach. The company launched Ghost Energy in 2020, and as of October 27, 2026, its US energy page lists 22 flavors in 16 fl oz cans and 2 more in 8.4 fl oz half cans.

The collabs make it a real hunt. Ghost cans carry candy and soda names like Warheads, Bubblicious, Welch's, Sour Strips, 7UP and A&W, and a collab can leave without notice, as the Sour Patch Kids cans did in 2025.

Who makes and owns the Ghost energy drink

Ghost was founded in 2016 by Dan Lourenco and Ryan Hughes and is based in Nevada. The cans name Ghost Beverages LLC of Las Vegas as the company they are made for.

On October 24, 2024, Keurig Dr Pepper agreed to buy 60% of Ghost, with the remaining 40% to follow in 2028. The co-founders continue to lead the brand. Wikipedia puts the first step at US$990 million.

How to collect every Ghost energy flavor, step by step

Collecting every Ghost energy flavor works best as a checklist hunt. The 22 full-size cans come first, then the edges.

  1. Start with the classics. Blue Raspberry, Raspberry Cream, Orange Cream and Cherry Limeade each have close to 600 owners in CanMog, so most stores stock them.
  2. Check the brand page. Ghost's energy page shows every current can. A flavor that drops off the page is the next one to hunt.
  3. Scan the barcode. Open CanMog, scan the can and confirm it is a can. It lands on your Energy shelf with its tier.
  4. Tick it off the checklist. Use the table below and mark each can you own. A second copy of the same can gives no points, so move on to the next flavor.
  5. Look for half cans and variety packs. OG Colada and Strawberry Watermelon come only as 8.4 fl oz cans, and Welch's Grape-Cran comes only in the Fall Variety pack.
  6. Go for the badge. Brand Collector counts different cans of one brand. Ghost has more than 30 can keys in CanMog, so its ladder is the full one: 5, 10 and 30 different cans (how badges work).

One flavor, many barcodes

One Ghost flavor can have more than one barcode. The CanMog catalog knows 27 Ghost barcodes, and three of them are Cherry Limeade: a US can, a Zero Sugar can and a can marked "EU".

CanMog keeps one barcode as one drink. A second barcode of a flavor you own may count as a new can or join the one you have. Scan it and the app tells you.

Every current Ghost energy flavor, with owner counts

Every can below is on Ghost's US energy page as of October 27, 2026. I sorted them by owners: how many CanMog players own that can's key on the same date.

All 22 cans are Common, apart from Sour Strips Rainbow, which has no clean key in the database yet. "Not keyed" does not mean nobody owns it. Blue Raspberry, at 641 owners, is on the shelf of about one in six of the 3,911 players who had at least one can on October 27, 2026.

Two cans sit above the whole list. A can the catalog knows only by barcode has 766 owners, and a second one, filed in the catalog as plain "Ghost Energy Drink", has 588. Both are Ghost cans, but CanMog cannot tell you their flavor yet.

Half cans and the variety-pack can

Half cans are the easy cans to miss. OG Colada and Strawberry Watermelon come only in 8.4 fl oz cans, and OG and Welch's Grape are also sold as half-can 4-packs.

CanWhere you find itOwners, tier
OG Colada8.4 fl oz half can58, Common
Strawberry Watermelon8.4 fl oz half can51, Common
Welch's Grape-CranFall Variety 18-pack only126, Common

The Fall Variety pack on Ghost's site holds Strawbango, Blue Raspberry and Welch's Grape-Cran, 6 cans each. Grape-Cran is not sold on its own there, so a variety pack is the way to get it.

Discontinued and least-owned Ghost cans

Discontinued Ghost cans come mostly from one event. Mondelēz, which owns Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish, ended its license with Ghost on April 17, 2025, and Ghost said the last of those cans had been made.

Sporked listed the energy cans that left on April 30, 2025. Owner counts below are from the CanMog database on October 27, 2026.

CanWhat the source saysOwners, tier

Swedish FishDiscontinued in 2025 (Sporked)134, Common
Bubblicious Cotton CandyLimited, return rumored for 20264, Rare

Look at the gap. The three Mondelēz cans still have more than 130 owners each, because players scanned them while stores had them. Bubblicious Cotton Candy has 4, so it is the best discontinued Ghost find on this list.

The least-owned Ghost keys

The least-owned Ghost keys are variants, not new flavors. As of October 27, 2026, CanMog has 62 Ghost keys: 30 Common, 2 Uncommon and 30 Rare, and none Epic or Legendary.

Five named Ghost keys with 1 to 8 owners, all Rare:

  • Blue Raspberry Sugar Zero: 1 owner.
  • Cherry Limeade Sugar Zero: 3 owners.
  • Cherry Limeade EU: 3 owners.
  • Bubblicious Cotton Candy: 4 owners.
  • Ghost Sugar Zero: 8 owners.

Rarity in CanMog is ownership: 1 or 2 owners is Legendary, 3 to 6 Epic, 7 to 10 Rare, 11 to 16 Uncommon and 17 or more Common (how rarity works). Ghost flavors from the catalog get a shop floor, so a Ghost flavor stops at Rare even with one owner. That is why the 1-owner Blue Raspberry Sugar Zero is Rare and not Legendary.

Ghost energy drink caffeine, sugar and calories

A Ghost energy drink has 200 mg of caffeine in a 16 fl oz can. I read the Nutrition Facts panels on Ghost's own product pages on October 27, 2026. Caffeine figures are estimates, not medical advice.

CanSizeCaffeineSugarCalories
Blue Raspberry16 fl oz200 mg0 g10
7UP Lemon Lime Soda16 fl oz200 mg0 g10
OG Colada half can8.4 fl oz100 mg0 g5

The labels name the caffeine as natural caffeine from coffee beans, and the sweeteners as sucralose and acesulfame potassium. The CanMog catalog lists 200 mg for 24 of its 27 Ghost barcodes. The other 3 are Ghost Legend pre-workout entries at 202 to 400 mg.

Is a Ghost energy drink bad for you?

For most healthy adults, one can fits inside the daily limit. The FDA cites 400 mg of caffeine a day for most adults, and a 200 mg Ghost can is half of that. The same FDA page says energy drinks have 54 to 328 mg per 16 fl oz.

Teens are a different answer. The American Academy of Pediatrics wrote that the caffeine and stimulants in energy drinks have no place in the diet of children and adolescents, and Ghost's labels say the drink is only for people 18 or older.

If you are pregnant, take medicine or have a heart condition, talk to your doctor before you drink caffeine. You can collect a Ghost can without drinking it: a scan of the can on the store shelf counts.

Common mistakes (and edge cases)

Most Ghost collectors lose cans the same few ways.

  • Mistake: waiting on a collab. Collab cans depend on a license, and the Sour Patch Kids cans left in 2025 when the license ended. Scan a collab the first time you see it.
  • Mistake: skipping the half cans. OG Colada and Strawberry Watermelon have fewer than 60 owners each, because they hide on a different shelf. Look at the small-can rack.
  • Mistake: counting the same flavor twice. A second copy of a can you own gives no points. Spend the hunt on the next flavor.
  • Mistake: ignoring variety packs. Welch's Grape-Cran comes only in the Fall Variety pack. Check the multipack aisle.

Imports and Sugar Zero cans

Imports are where Ghost gets rare. The CanMog catalog has a Blue Raspberry can labeled in Finnish and a Cherry Limeade can marked "EU", and the Sugar Zero keys above have 1 to 8 owners.

A can the catalog does not know yet has no shop floor and can still be Legendary. If you are the first player to scan its barcode, you also get the first-find bonus, as the rarity rules explain.

Your Ghost energy flavors checklist and next steps

Your Ghost energy flavors checklist comes down to five jobs.

  • The 22 cans: scan every flavor on Ghost's US energy page, starting with the four classics.
  • Collabs first: get A&W Root Beer, 7UP, Sour Strips Appleberry and Rainbow before they leave.
  • Half cans: find OG Colada and Strawberry Watermelon in 8.4 fl oz cans.
  • Variety pack: pick up the Fall Variety pack for Welch's Grape-Cran.
  • Discontinued hunt: look for Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish and Bubblicious Cotton Candy in discount and import shops.

To track your progress, check these numbers in the app once a month:

  • Coverage: how many of the 22 current cans are on your shelf?
  • Brand Collector: have you passed 5, 10 or 30 different Ghost cans?
  • Edges: do you own the two half cans and Grape-Cran?
  • Rare finds: do you own any Ghost can with fewer than 10 owners?

Ghost is the second set I would work on after the Monster flavors, and it is a 200 mg can, as the highest-caffeine energy drink list shows. Questions about scans and tiers are in the FAQ, and you can get CanMog free on iPhone and Android.
